The Result Of My Initial Marketing Campaign - Tuesday, 29th April, 2008
Monday was officially the first day of my marketing campaign. I pulled out all the big guns and spent hours yesterday putting my plan into action. Guess what? The marketing plan paid off, I made sales, obtained leads and also received emails from people applying to sell my E Stores.
There is no secret to my campaign, just good old practical internet marketing techniques. If you are interested in trying out the techniques, just read my blog from yesterday. As I write this post, I am thinking where to from here? Well it is time for some more planning, more marketing and more development.
Today I would like to share with you, how I go about running a business. The first step is to find out where you want to end up, write it down or sketch it out. Once you know how you want to end up, the rest will fall into place. The second step is to plan out how you are going to get there, try to write a general outline. Once you have a general idea on how you are going to get there, take each step and write in details on how you are going to complete the step including a time frame. Once you have finished your plan, it is time to take action. There is no point in writing out a plan, unless you plan to use it.
Hint: Use the time after 5:00pm to plan out your next day; writing a daily plan will help you achieve more. Also use the time to reflect on how well you performed during the current day. Remember to dedicate time to work on your business and on yourself instead of in your business or in a job.
