What is the monthly fee?
The monthly fee of $49.95 + Gst is the cost of running the turnkey website including: Domain Name, Website Hosting, SSL Certificate, Shopping Cart License and Merchant Account Fee.
How long will it take to receive my E Store on payment?To process an E Store, it takes around 3-5 business working days for the DIY package. If you have order the RTG package or the RTG + package, the waiting time is around 14 days.

What is the difference between the packages: DIY, DIY+, RTG and RTG+?The DIY package is $1000+ Gst, which contains the powerful E Store software, your own domain name and includes monthly updates.
The DIY+ package is the same as the DIY package, except it comes with full training on how to run the E Store and how to trade online. For only $1800.00 + Gst.
The RTG package includes custom design. This package is recommended for individuals who are new to selling online. The cost of the package is $2,200 + Gst. If you already have a website, choose this package and we will deduct $400.00 + Gst from the price.
The RTG+ package is the same as the RTG package, except it comes with full training on how to use your website and training on how to trade online. For only $3000.00 + Gst.
What do I need to run the merchant account?You need to insert your bank account details into the E Store's account section. Details will be given in the merchant account tutorial inside the E Store. The E Store is secured using SSL, meaning your data has been encrypted while transmitted over the internet. Your bank details will also be stored in a secure database.
You also need to sign up for a merchant account with Paymate, instructions on how to do this is included in the sale of each E Store.
